Nice Catch

At the Vandy-Bama game a few weeks ago, Pop made his first catch on national television.

And here is a closeup...

Later in the game, he had the opportunity for catch #2 if he had only dove for it.

Here he his in a picture taken by the Tuscaloosa News.

All Dressed Up . . .

Last night, Kerrie and I attended the San Antonio JAG Ball - basically a bunch of military lawyers having a formal dinner. Karlyle was quite excited that her mommy was dressed up like a princess. And Morgan is becoming quite the photographer.

Me with some co-workers.

Karlyle is ready for her slumber party with one of her friends. The jacket says it all.

New House Pics

After six months, the house is almost together. Below are some pics of the media, game, and living rooms. We have a couple of pictures to put up in the game room but that one is pretty much done - and quickly becoming our favorite room in the house.

We are working on painting hearts and flowers on K's new pink walls and will have pictures up when we get done. We'll also have pictures of the kitchen with all the curtains up (thanks to Kerrie's mom) soon as well.

Good Looking LSU Fans

So the game wasn't so great (can someone please explain why the pass interference call stood when we intercepted, but didn't 3 minutes later under the same circumstances?) but at least the cheering section was ready. We paused the TV when they flashed helmet so we figured that gave us the perfect HD backdrop. The last pic is K doing her karate stance. She will yell "Hi-yah" and then do some funky hand stance. Crazy.

Soccer is Back

Yesterday marked the beginning of Morgan's 1st soccer season in Texas. It is the first time ever that she has played in an all girls league. Of course, I have told her that if she wouldn't back down to boys before she better not be backing down to girls now. She assured me this would not be happening. Anyway, she played really well and they won 1-0. Thankfully, the refs in her game did not overturn a pass interference call at the end of the game. Here are some pics from the action and from a little cheerleader on the sidelines.
